This board is maintained from the live service catalogue in the platform. A service moves between these columns only when the change is real — we do not list a service we cannot deliver. Tell us if anything here looks wrong.

How money is collected and paid out

Collecting your money

  • You fund your wallet by bank transfer to a dedicated account issued for you.
  • That account is issued by Niimbu, our payments provider, and it is where the transfer is received.
  • Card payments are not enabled. We take bank transfers only, and no card details are collected or stored by GTOP.
  • Opening that account requires a BVN or NIN identity check, which Niimbu performs.

Paying you out

  • Wallet balances can be withdrawn to your own Nigerian bank account.
  • The transfer is executed by Niimbu, the same provider, from the merchant balance behind GTOP.
  • Provider and bank charges on a transfer are shown before you confirm and are charged by the provider, not invented by us.
  • If a payout fails at the bank, the amount returns to your wallet.

The providers behind our services

Niimbu — payments, funding accounts, payouts and VTU fulfilment

Airtime, data, electricity tokens, TV subscriptions, internet subscriptions and recharge cards are purchased from bills infrastructure operated by Niimbu, who settle them with the network operators, distribution companies and broadcasters. Your funding account, wallet funding, payouts and BVN/NIN identity check are also processed by Niimbu.

The operators whose services we sell — including MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile, the electricity distribution companies, MultiChoice (DStv and GOtv), StarTimes, Showmax and Smile — are independent third parties. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to describe the service you are buying.

What we do not claim

  • GTOP TECH SERVICES is not a bank, and does not hold a banking or payment licence of its own.
  • We do not claim any approval, endorsement, sponsorship or formal partnership from Niimbu, any network operator, disco, broadcaster, or any payment provider. We are their customer.
  • Payments, funding accounts, payouts and the BVN/NIN identity check are processed by Niimbu on its own infrastructure and under its own terms. When we add card payments, they will be processed by a licensed payment provider, and we will name it here before it goes live.
  • We do not claim to be approved for, or connected to, any provider we are not actually integrated with — and this page will change when that changes.
  • Both reseller programmes (Reseller Under GTOP and Reseller Own Website) are Coming Soon. Nothing about them is on sale, and no claim here should be read as a promise of earnings.

Verification and how we run the platform

  • Email verification is required on every account.
  • Identity (BVN or NIN) is verified by Niimbu before a funding account is opened for you.
  • A transaction PIN can be required for every wallet debit, and can be changed from your profile.
  • Device sessions are recorded, so you can see and end anything you do not recognise.
  • Every order, refund, withdrawal and administrative change is logged — amounts, references and who did what — and reseller API credentials are stored as hashes with the secrets never re-displayed.
  • Failed provider orders are refunded automatically to the customer's wallet; a refunded order also reverses any commission paid on it.
